Designers work as a team to create each piece in the Passionata collection. As soon as they begin to sketch a new design a pattern is then produced in a sample size. After it is tested for wear, it is then perfected with certain alterations to better contour to the body giving the best support possible. This is repeated until the piece seems perfect for women wanting that style and luxury. Once the size is finalized the fitter will then begin working on all additional cup and back sizes of the bra. The last part of the process is the sewing team assembles the pattern in order to produce the perfect piece making sure to add the final touches of bows, ribbons and lace. Bras in the Passionata brand go up to 38F, while selected bralettes are sized from S-XL and panties from XS to XL. 

Model Bar Refaeli posed for Passionata in 2011 helping women to realize how sexy this lingerie can be. Not every woman can look like Bar Refaeli, but they can feel just as sexy. Revlon model Isabeli Fontana is also featured in ad campaigns for Passionata. Photographer and Director David LaChapelle helped revamp the brand in 2008 and targeted it towards a younger market by showcasing a high profile launch at the Crazy Horse Club in Paris. The showcase helped launch new products in the collection featuring femininity, passion, love and danger the playfulness of burlesque dancing.

Passionata contributes to women's wellbeing by being an official partner of La Flamme Marie Claire. The Marie Claire Rose action contributes to girls' education on their way to freedom in Cambodia, Senegal, Benin and France. In 2010 the operation grew into La Flamme Marie Claire.
